Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, compensation and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. The object of the study was Mojokerto City Communication and Information Office employees with a population of 35 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study prove that work discipline has a significant direct influence on employee performance. Compensation has a significant direct influence on employee performance. The work environment has a significant direct influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant direct influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation
