Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the operational paradigm of companies. The implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key requirement for improving efficiency and competitiveness. However, the success of AI implementation depends heavily on the readiness and quality of human resources (HR) in adopting this technology. This article aims to examine strategies for improving HR competencies in the face of AI integration in the workplace. Digital information driven by advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology requires companies not only to adopt new technologies but also to ensure the readiness of Human Resources (HR) to manage them. This study aims to identify strategies for enhancing HR quality to support AI adoption within companies and analyze its impact on organizational performance optimization. The research results indicate that improving HR quality through digital training, technical competency development, and strengthening an innovation culture are key to supporting the successful implementation of AI. Additionally, collaboration between companies, educational institutions, and the government is crucial for creating a sustainable learning ecosystem. Strategies implemented effectively by companies not only enable the successful adoption of AI but also enhance operational efficiency, competitiveness, and overall productivity. This research provides strategic recommendations for business actors and policymakers in managing sustainable AI-based digital transformation.
