This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of the study was employees of Bappedalitbang Mojokerto City with a population of 35 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership style has a significant direct influence on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a significant direct influence on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style has a significant direct influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant direct influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant direct influence on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
