ETIKA KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA INDUSTRI PENERBANGAN

Perilaku etos kerja karyawan dalam organisasi bukanlah masalah konsep baru dan menjadi berita utama sebagian besar surat kabar berulang kali. Perilaku etos kerja dan sistem hubungan kerja yang berlaku di tempat kerja sangat penting bagi kinerja karyawan, pembangunan umum, produksi barang dan jasa, baik untuk konsumsi domestik maupun perdagangan internasional serta manfaat inklusif dari pembangunan manusia yang berkelanjutan. Kebutuhan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan dan keinginan karyawan untuk kesetaraan telah mempengaruhi etiket, integritas, disiplin diri dan dengan memperluas tingkat kinerja dalam kerangka hubungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji etika kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada industri penerbangan. Penulisan tulisan ini dibuat dengan beberapa metode analisis deskripsi, dengan mencari referensi literatur, yaitu mencari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dibahas, serta mencari pengetahuan dan teori yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dibahas melalui Internet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa etos kerja berfungsi sebagai panduan organisasi dan mendorong karyawan untuk mempraktikkan perilaku yang baik demi meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Studi ini merekomendasikan bahwa manajemen bisnis industri Penerbangan harus berusaha untuk melihat implementasi etos kerja yang dapat membantu mereka untuk mencapai kinerja yang unggul dalam hal disiplin Organisasi, Komitmen dan sikap Kerja.
