In this process, consumer protection is a crucial aspect to ensure that buyers' rights are protected, especially regarding clarity of information and property certification. This research aims to analyze the clarity of information and legality of property certification, in this case landed houses, and the accuracy in delivery time plays a role in providing protection for consumers in buying and selling landed houses. The methodology used is literature study and analysis of regulations in force in Indonesia, namely Law no. 8 of 1999, Law no. 1 of 2011, Law no. 5 of 1960 and the Civil Code. The research results show that clarity of information regarding house specifications and legality of the property as well as accuracy in the delivery time of the landed house provides legal protection for consumers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in the form of interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The source data triangulation technique is used as a data validity technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Mojokerto City Social Service in efforts to empower people with disabilities in this case physical disabilities has played a fairly good role but not optimally, because the socialization related to the handling of people with disabilities by the government has not been maximized and also the information on people with disabilities is still limited. This research is primary research because it uses primary data obtained by survey method. The sample size was one hundred and twenty-five people in Surabaya who were taken using purposive technique. To test the hypothesis, Partial Least Square was used by utilizing WarpPLS software. </em><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>:</em> <em>The results found in this study are </em>financial experience is proven to have a direct or indirect effect through financial behavior on financial well-being. It can be concluded that high financial experience will improve financial well-being. In other words, people are not only considering the financial returns of their investments, but also their contributions to the natural environment, the economy, and social welfare. The chosen research approach was quantitative, with analysis based on the Markowitz Model. The Markowitz Model was used to construct a stock portfolio from stocks included in the SRI-Kehati index during the period of 2020-2023. The data that has been collected was then analyzed using the Solver Add-ins in Microsoft Excel. The study findings indicated that out of 12 stocks tested, there were 4 stocks that are ideal to include in the optimal portfolio, consisting of BBCA (with a weight of 37.59%), KLBF (with a weight of 30.44%), SIDO (with a weight of 21.67%), and TLKM (with a weight of 10.30%). From these four stocks, the expected return from the investment portfolio is 0.00522211, and the portfolio risk is 0.0391. The criteria for sample selection were customers who used PT Arwinda Tour and Travel during the period from 2021 to 2023, resulting in a sample population of 75. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire method. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results of the analysis indicate that sales information systems and IMC strategies have a positive and significant effect on the role of brand ambassadors. The sample consisted of 101 lecturers from DaPaz University, Timor Leste. The observed variables include: financial behavior as the dependent variable and financial experience as the independent variable and financial self-efficacy as the mediating variable. Analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling—Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through the WARP-PLS 8 applicatio <strong>Results</strong>: These findings show that financial experience has a direct and indirect influence on financial behavior. In addition, financial self-efficacy acts as a mediator in the relationship between financial experience and financial behavior. These results can be explained that self-confidence is indispensable for improving financial behavior. <strong>Implications :</strong> To improve financial behavior, Unpaz lecturers need to improve their financial experience and self-efficacy. This study uses a total sampling technique, meaning that all populations are sampled in the study, namely 60 respondents.</p> <p>Based on the results of the study, the leadership variable has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at the Kraggan Mojokerto District Office, this can be shown by a sig value of 0.000 &lt;0.05. while the tcount value &gt; ttable is 3.9898 &gt; 1.6630. The identification process aims to find gaps in the existing literature to build valid arguments. This process should be carried out by relying on credible and relevant sources. The literature review should identify trends, gaps and patterns in the existing literature and demonstrate the contribution of new research to the accumulated knowledge. This research also develops the results of previously researched research more clearly. The results show that positive brand experience is a key factor in building customer loyalty. Various literature shows that satisfying experiences can create strong emotional connections, which are important for long-term loyalty.
